Show Table Reservations
Show your wares or share your collection. Pipes, Tobaccos, Smoking Accessories, Books, Jewelry, Knives and More! Reserve your tables by September 10th to be included in the show map and listings on line!
You could win up to three nights at the Palace Station! Here is how: Book your hotel room using our discount code and pay for your admission to the show by July 1st 2023 and you will be entered into a drawing to receive up to three nights room credit at the Palace Station. One winner will be announced at the show and the credit will be applied to your hotel account. Remember by booking early you help us and now you could help yourself.
Table Cost is $180.00 per 8 foot table before September 10th and $200.00 after September 10th and includes:
- Admission for one or two people per table to the show (additional admissions may be purchased separately).
- One Drink ticket per person.
- One Commemorative LVIPS 2023 Keepsake per person.
- Listing on our website.
- Additional table cloth to cover at close of show.
- Tables can be shared by two people and each person or company will be listed (Please make one payment).
- Security Guard for Saturday evening.

Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with 5 to 7 days and confirm how you want to be listed and what you will be presenting at your table!
Note: We kindly require all tables to be decorated 30 minutes prior to the opening of the show on Saturday and remain decorated the entire day. Tables must also be decorated from show opening on Sunday morning until 2:00 PM on Sunday for those that may need to leave early.
Decorated table is a table that has some of the following: Items for sale, Items to show, Signage, Images of Items, Unique table covers. A good looking table benefits you and the show.
Empty tables will be removed, relocated or offered for free to the table occupants next to them at the discretion of the show organizers.
Please Note Following:
- No cannabis or related products will be permitted in the show.
- Show Organizers are not responsible for items lost or missing from you table.
- Refunds will not be offered to those not complying with the above and will not be invited to return.
- Admission to the show can be revoked by the show organizers at their discretion at any time.
- Due to Nevada Laws that allow us to smoke at the show, everyone must be over the age of 21 and wear your admission badge visibly at all times in the ballroom.
- If you loose your button another button can be purchased at the show registration desk for $20.00.
- We are unable to make any refunds after September 10th because of the nature of our event.
This year we are offering a show hat with the LVIPS Logo. The hat will fit every size head including Brian’s Jumbo sized cranium. It is a light-weight cotton. Purchase your hat prior to September 10th and pick up at the show for $15.00 or $20.00 Cash at the show.
